Judy G.
I was raised in South Florida back in the years when it was a peaceful and wonderfully safe place to live. We lived a mile from the beach and could ride our bikes over the intercoastal bridge right to the best beach around. All my years of growing up I was a competitive swimmer and belonged to AAU. I granduated from Florida State University with a BS degree in nursing. I am recently retired but I'm thinking of going back to work to support my hobbies.

In Nashville With the Kiddies

Here we are in Mt. Juliet, TN, which is about 15 miles east of Nashville.  Our youngest daughter and her family live here, so that's where the fun will be tomorrow.  Of course we had to come!  We arrived to shouts and "Did you bring presents?".  The oldest grandson, Benjamin, has been at our house all week, and he was very antsy to get home.  Here to greet him joyfully were Abigail, age 6 and Elijah, age 5.  They had missed "brother" a lot, apparently.  Tonight, like many other families in America, we'll celebrate Christmas Eve, take pictures of the family under the Christmas tree, and then each child will be allowed to open one gift before they go to bed.  Then the mayhem starts about dawn tomorrow.  But for right now, it's peaceful, I'm reading a new book, the children are playing upstairs, and I am hoping I'll get some new Cricut cartridges for Christmas.  All is right in my world.  I hope all is right in yours.
