Judy G.
I was raised in South Florida back in the years when it was a peaceful and wonderfully safe place to live. We lived a mile from the beach and could ride our bikes over the intercoastal bridge right to the best beach around. All my years of growing up I was a competitive swimmer and belonged to AAU. I granduated from Florida State University with a BS degree in nursing. I am recently retired but I'm thinking of going back to work to support my hobbies.

Seven Challenges Completed!

I managed to complete 7 challenges for National Scrapbook Day, and then I just got pooped out.  I had one more idea for today, but I had so many errands to run that I just never got to do them.  Our local scrapbook store is having a huge scrapbooking rummage sale, and I'm selling off all the rubber stamps that I never use.  My sister helped me gather them up and price them, and my hubby couldn't believe all the money I had spent on these stamps and stamp sets (all the price tags were still on most of them!).  No kidding, I used to go to these stamping conventions all over the place, and all the demonstrations looked so wonderful, and I just KNEW that I couldn't live without that item because I was going to use it all the time.  I spent a fortune on those big wooden stamps, and most of them had never even been used!  Well, they're all going.  I'm finally getting realistic and starting to realize where my real interests are as far as card-making and scrapbooking goes - make it fast and simple, that's my motto from now on.
